Most villas are single-story, but there are some 1.5-story designs. The villa is the condominium-style that is most similar to a traditional free standing home. They only share exterior side walls, and have attached garages and private decks and/or patios. Most are built in pairs, but there are some communities that link more. Villas tend to offer the most privacy, but the least in amenities and service.

Similiar to a villa, but townhomes tend to be more vertical in design and often have a bedroom upstairs. They range from 2-3 stories and some have elevators. Most townhomes will have an attached garage and private decks and/or patios. The lifestyle is similar to a villa offering a high-level of privacy but a lower level of amenities and services.

The mid-rise building is a good fit for those who don’t want to be on a ground floor, but also don’t like to be high in the sky or in a heavily populated building. Most midrise buildings in our market are located a few blocks away from commercial and business districts. Usually, 3-4 stories tall and 12 or more units per building, these properties often have elevator access and the floors are set up similar to a hotel. The amenities vary from building to building but we have a comprehensive list we can share with you at your consultation.

These buildings usually have the highest level of amenities and service. The architecture and interior styles vary greatly with buildings ranging from new construction to 100+ years old. High-rises also typically offer an abundance of amenities.
