Lori is a Managing Broker of Gladys Manion Real Estate, where she has helped guide the firm’s evolution into one of the most respected luxury residential brokerages in the St. Louis market. Joining the company following a successful management career in the hospitality industry, Lori quickly distinguished herself through strategic vision, operational excellence, and an unwavering commitment to agents and clients alike.
As Managing Broker, Lori oversees day-to-day operations while serving as mentor, advisor, and problem-solver for the firm’s agents. Her expertise spans contract review, compliance, risk management, financial oversight, marketing strategy, technology implementation, facilities management, and human resources. She is deeply involved in forecasting, budgeting, and process improvement—ensuring the company operates with integrity, efficiency, and forward-thinking innovation. Lori is especially passionate about agent development. She provides leadership, guidance, and hands-on support during complex negotiations, helping agents navigate challenges with confidence and professionalism. Her background in hospitality management shaped her people-first leadership style—collaborative, decisive, and solutions-oriented.
In addition to her brokerage leadership, Lori remains actively engaged in client service. She enjoys working directly with buyers and sellers, pairing her marketing expertise with strategic positioning to achieve exceptional results. Her design sensibility and digital marketing certifications allow her to elevate listing presentation and maximize exposure across print and online platforms. Lori is a licensed Missouri Real Estate Broker, Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®), Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®), ePro® certified professional, C2EX endorsed REALTOR®, and Notary Public for St. Louis County. Lori combines experience, ethics, and innovation in every aspect of her leadership.
Lori serves as Gladys Manion’s liaison to numerous local and civic organizations and has held leadership roles within the community. As Marketing Director for the LPGA Amateur Golf Association, she significantly increased membership and regional engagement. She actively supports organizations including the St. Louis County Police Family Association, Moms Back the Blue, Habitat for Humanity, and St. Vincent de Paul Society.
